They were very good about explaining everything and making suggestions for opening the pool in the spring. As a new pool owner, they were super about explaining everything. "I was pretty happy with the repair and the work they did. I didn't have any problems but they were slightly late. 

They didn't have to actually go up and clean the ventilation system but they went ahead and did that anyway. They went ahead cleaned out the furnace as well and that might have been something I would have had to have another technician come out and do. So they kinda went above and beyond there."
