Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. I had placed a inquirey through servicemagic and received a call back from Vito at Four Brothers Contracting with 20 seconds and he came to look at the job within 3 hrs. - gave me a bid and promised to get to my repair as soon as we had a break in the winter weather. As a result the only opportunity to complete the job was on a sunday. Vito came sunday afternoon so I would have the repair done before the following week of bad weather.
