"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"They gentlemen were very courteous and professional, but, at the time of hire last spring, were working with less than optimal equipment. They tried their best to please and were willing to return the next day to do a better job on the carpets. There was also a new employee, it appeared, and most of the work fell to one man. Hopefully, the y have all the kinks worked out now."

"Did such an amazing job with cleaning the couches. I was a little nervous because I didn’t think the stains could be removed but I was wrong, every single stain was removed and my couches look brand new. I will definitely be using their service again in the future."

"Excellent knowledge of products and services. We were able to address all of our specific needs. PURT is a superior product for pet odors. I recommend the protectant and sanitizer services as well.
I've been using Tri-County Chem Dry services for years now. It's done right the first time and the price is right for what you are provided.

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Both an air purifier and a dehumidifier can help prevent future mold growth, but neither can remove existing mold. An air purifier will improve air quality and trap mold spores in the air, whereas a dehumidifier will reduce moisture in the environment. Keep in mind that you need to make sure your air purifier uses HEPA filters, which are rated for mold removal.

You should plan to change your AC unit's filter every one to three months, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. You should also clean the coils at least once per year, but if you have pets or someone in your household has allergies, you might need to clean them more often. Fortunately, many pros will clean the coils and change the filter for you during an inspection, which you should schedule once or twice per year.

It’s not customary to tip HVAC technicians, and most professionals won’t expect it. However, it’s a nice way of showing your appreciation for the work they do, especially if they come out in inclement weather or on a weekend or holiday to fix an emergency issue if your heat or AC goes out in extreme temperatures. A good tip would be between 10% to 20% of the total bill, depending on how above and beyond the tech goes for your repair and on the total cost of your HVAC repair or service. For something like a routine tune-up or scheduled maintenance, tips aren’t expected.

Simple filter changes can be done DIY, but professionals should handle motor repairs, sensor issues, and airflow problems.

If you have a lot of dust in your home, an air purifier can help draw dust, pet dander, and pollen out of the air and trap it in a filter. Air purifiers are especially nice if you have allergies or lots of pets as air purifiers that use a HEPA filter can reduce allergens by up to 99.7%.
