Tom then came out to look at the house and talk about our specific needs. We went through room by room to talk about expectations. He then gave me a price to clean my home and add me to the schedule. He was awesome, personable and professional. Taylenn then came to clean. I was present for the first cleaning. He was here right on time and got right to work. The whole house looks and smells â just cleanedâ and Iâ m happy to be loving that feeling again! Taylenn even offered to have me inspect his work. Another great encounter with Cleaner than Clean! They will be coming back every other week to keep me enjoyably clean!! Thanks folks."

"We have used H20tek in the past and our 3 story house had some facia blow off and they came in and attached the facia for us and cleaned gutters while they were there. Price was reasonable and I didn't even get a quote / trusted H20 and they were there quick and charged a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them in the future and they are going to do some pressure washing on our patio as well. They also noted that the house probably doesn't need it again as we did recently, so they have no interest in selling you for things you don't need, which is also appreciated. Again, highly recommend and the owner Jonathan is very easy to work with for sure!"

"Excellent work. Incredible amount of junk removed. I really liked that he checked the chimney stacks, for pointing etc. Best of all he took photos of the our 3 of 6 chimney stacks on the roof and sent them to us. Now we understand this one shared chimney with 6 stacks in it, 3 for us and 3 for our row house neighbors. Definitely would hire again and recommend. I could not find cost of cleaning, but was reasonable."
