"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.

"Very well! Andrew the owner & his associates completed the job in two visits. The first was to power wash the cedar porch ceiling and decking/ railings which took about 2 1/2 hrs. "went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
