"I first contacted AJ Window and Door Solutions around the first week of March I believe. Derrick came out to the house and gave a very informative presentation. We were originally going to just have the siding replaced, but wanted to get a price for the windows and roof as well for the future. We decided to have everything done at once. We expected to possibly have everything done by the end April, but these folks had everything done by the end of March. The roof was started on Friday AM and done by 1 PM. Monday, James and the guys were there to start on the windows and siding. If it wasn't for the weather, these guys would have been done by Wed. It was amazing. I had vacation planned the first week of April so I could put a new front door and side door in myself, but these guys were so fast. Thank you James and your crew for helping me get those doors in as not to hold you up. Thanks to Eve (sorry about the color change on the siding and all my calls), Tom, Derrick, James, and the roofing crew (sorry I can't remember their names). I went in to this thinking it was going to be a painful process, but ended up being the complete opposite. When I'm ready for that garage, I'm only going to make one phone call. "Outstanding company. Excellent work ethic, arrive on time and donâ t leave until the work is finished. Always cleaned up at the end of each day. We had a collapsing 53â block wall, with danger of the roof collapsing. Flatland came in and built a temporary wall which supported our roof even we when we had 22 inches of snow one week and 3 inches of rain the next week. The wall held. Then they came in, reconstructed a new wall, finished the outside siding, and itâ s beautiful! This crew was amazing and the guys were wonderful! I canâ t recommend them enough!"
"The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion. Both workers were nice and courteous. Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company. The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached. We reported it to the owner of the company several times. He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder. We were told that someone came again and no one was home. The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair. No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times. The siding is still in need of repair."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
