"James and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. They replaced 22 wood double hung windows with new Okna 600 Eco-Pro vinyl windows. The new windows look and work great. There was one minor problem with the horizontal sliding window located in the kitchen; on speaking with the owner Tom, they have ordered the required parts and will return to install them. Overall we are pleased with the quality, workmanship and value of the windows. They make the house look much better and are easier to operate than our old windows. As far as the team leader that started the project, he was fired after 2 weeks on the job. Nice guy, just should not have been the lead due to inexperience. End result was very nice, but not without a lot of re-doing things. Sorry to say, I would not recommend using them with friends or family."
