Energy services group was able to drill large holes in the ceiling & outside wall and spray in insulation. Then plug the holes and spackle. Replaced canister lights with led ones. They explained to my wife what they were going to do before it happened. Then said what they actually were able to accomplish. Great communication. Quick to schedule. Cleaned up after themselves. "It went very well. Jon arrived on time and spent a good bit of time looking all around the basement and attic, even performing a home leak test which revealed that our chimney's damper doesn't perform as it should (already called for service) and that the insulation in our attic is up to code. He made useful suggestions about potential upgrades to our HVAC and water heater, as well as our thermostat. He installed energy efficient light bulbs in the few lamps where we didn't already have them. All told: a very useful expenditure of time and limited funds (the state of DE covering 3/4s of the cost!"

Our primary bedroom is above the garage and even though we have a newer home, you can feel cold air coming thru the floor.  It's the coldest room in the house by far.  Ed's team came in and placed foam insulation in the garage ceiling.  He gave us $100 off for Angies list discount which was nice.  They cleaned up well when done.  Now that it's warm out I can't grade the quality of the work until winter again because I won't know till then if its helping with the problem.  I will come back and update then.  We had been quoted over $6000 by another company to do the work so hopefully this works and comes in far cheaper.

"These guys are amazing!! I was researching companies late at night and requested a quote off of their website. They responded immediately and were able to come out as early as the next day. We have 30 feet of duct and they were able to clean all of it. A few days later I was still receiving a notification on my dryer that there was blockage and they came out within a few hours. "I was dreading this work being done due to the anticipated mess since we had a drywall removed to have insulation blown into our attic. The process went fairly quickly. We also had drywall that was cut in our walls to have old insulation removed and new to be blown in. The crew did a lovely job of making the cuts so getting our drywall fixed afterwards was much more simple. All said and done, it wasn't nearly as unpleasant as I had feared.
