(Jed) to do the job based on his knowledge of the deck requirements to meet or exceed Township building codes for outside decks above 30" elevation from ground level. Jed provided 2 people performing the job, Dave (foreman) & Dean (helper), who knew all about deck construction, pros & cons! My deck was approx. 500 square feet, at two levels, with eight stairs from ground to deck.
