We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. "I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled."
