"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"This is the first time I've ever dealt with any type of professional remodel. I had trouble even finding someone to do the job. Since it wasn't exactly a large project, either no one would return my call, or they wanted to charge way more than it was worth. That's when I decided to look through Angie's list and I found Manfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting. They contacted me almost immediately and set up a date to do an estimate. Wally and his team were great to work with -- professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was done within the timeframe he estimated, as well as within budget. Wally is very knowledgable and quickly gained our trust. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. I couldn't be happier with the result. Our kitchen looks so much better and it will definitely add value to our home. I'm very pleased with the experience and I would absolutely want Wally to do any future home improvement projects."

"This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled."

"These guys did a great job I love my new basement! I had water and moisture coming through my walls. After the rain I would have standing water along my basement perimeter. I have an awesome basement with big windows; perfect for finishing into family room/extra bedroom. I had to find a permanent fix to the water issue before doing anything else. Everyone I dealt with (Sean was our foreman) was very professional. Our new system includes a full perimeter drain, sump pump with battery backup, and thermal wall insulation. If you are thinking of finishing or remodeling your basement I strongly suggest protecting your investment with a proven system like the one these guys installed. I made a great investment!"

When we submitted the plans for obtaining the permit, we received approval in a few days. No problems at all. We had a few contractors bid on the job. They were very happy to receive the plans. "Javier was so professional, helped me choose the perfect replacement cabinet and drawer front replacements and ordered them in a timely way. He installed them beautifully as well as a new wooden lazy Susan and it all looks sleek and fabulous. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked but it is the cabinet replacements themselves that are the culprit. I highly recommend Javier and Perfect Kitchens for anyoneâ s kitchen needs!"
