My husband and I are not very experienced in design, so Andrew helped with the all the selections of our floor, tile, fixtures, and paint to make sure the finished product looked great. They finished on time and on budget. We recommend this company and are planning on using them again for future work in our home."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Fabiano and his team were great. They were very understanding about our anxious rescue dog and let us Introduce them to our dog before they began work. They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. "This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled."

"Our project couldn't have been more flawless. The work crew came promptly at 8am for 3 full days, laying down runners of dropcloths to protect our hardwood floors. They worked diligently together, asking us our opinion as they proceeded. They usually would finish each day by 3p, with the affected areas vacuumed and picked up. They hauled away all the huge boxes. Since it rained for 2 days, they worked out of our garage and cleaned it and our driveway of any debris. They not only worked efficiently and expertly as a team but were so pleasant and accommodating to us. None of our questions were ignored. The installation of our frameless sliding shower door and unconventional sliding barn door on its track were products they hadn't dealt with before. But, they took their time and care to install both as if it was routine! We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We would definitely recommend "First State Bath" to anyone wanting a professional, reasonably priced bathroom remodel by a great group of expert, friendly workers.
