"In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"

He and his crew at JWC Contracting definitely lived up to all their terrific reviews, which made us comfortable in hiring him as new Poconos residents who had no referrals. Jose and his team repaired portions of our deck, railings and supporting structure, plus repaired sections of siding on our cabin and replaced a lot of deteriorated cedar shingles. They also installed new lighting fixtures inside and had no problem adding on extra small odd jobs. "Do not hire this business for anything. The company is not trust worthy and will take you money and not think twice about making things right. After a 2 hour court ordeal and winning in court 3 times I am still waiting for a refund of a deposit of $3,000.00 that is owed to me. The courts ordered Lehigh Patio Room to return a deposit that was paid in March 2023, and still today I am waiting for the return of the deposit. The owner has refused to refund my deposit even after it being court ordered by the courts. Do not sign any contract with this company and give any deposits as you will truly regret it. Lehigh Patio Room has consistently lied in court under oath, to the Better Business Bureau and even to the Attorney Generals Office and has been found liable and guilty of all the above yet continues to refuse to refund the deposit awarded by the courts. A true nightmare. Stay away from this business. "
