This would take an entire book to write how awful the job was done and never completed. This all started in July of 2024 and here we are in April of 2025. Troy and Lisa aka Mike only arrived for 2 hours on 4 different occasions. They had every excuse in the book not to show up family members passing away, stuck in traffic so turned around and weren't coming, they were sick etc. The door they ordered for the delay in September was damaged but would exchange it for a new one. I never saw the door. There is wall paint on the trim and trim paint on the walls. They never did a second coat in any of the rooms. I had to reach out to them over and over again just to get a response. They were always going to call the following morning never did. They walked in the paint and ruined the Master bedroom carpet. They were supposed to hang the ceiling fan and that took forever that was the most time they were here because they had NO clue what to do. They were supposed to do a walk through and that never happened and blamed Sherman Williams. It was lie after lie. I just received a text last week stating they would call the following day and no answer to my text and never called! This is a total scam. Sherman Williams even verified it takes 4 hours for 1 coat to dry well they claimed they did 4 coats and not 2 were even done. They were only in each room for approximately 1 hr. Didn't even finish the job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never received the door or the paint the following day as promised to do the so called touch ups, which in reality a second coat needed to be done. So off to court I go. Oh, and the 5 star reviews be careful because they write them not customers.

They did a great job!!! Always made sure I was satisfied with the jobs that I had them do....interior painting, baseboards cut and installed, and a handrail installed on the stairway. I would hire them again.

If I could write the story I would but I'd give you the basics. We hired them to do a full basement ( living room area) remodel. Started February 20th 2024. The work began they tore things down and we were told it was a 4 week job. It's now march 2025 and my basement looks disgusting trash everywhere! Called thier insurance and they weren't covered for abandoning a job! We were quater 10k and gave her a deposit and there was always something coming up that they needed more money! So court is the next step. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. 0 stars!

The job was a disappointment from the start. The team never arrived before 1 PM ET, and what was supposed to be a 3-day project ended up taking 5 days. While they did lower the price, I would never hire them again. They did not clean up after themselves, leaving dust all over the house. The job was incomplete—though doors were supposed to be fully done, they only worked on the inside, and not all closets were finished as specified. To top it off, they left behind empty Red Bull cans and used sandpaper.
