Our Inspector is a graduate of the American Society of Home Inspectors School at Cincinnati State Technical Community College for Home Inspection. He has completed an apprenticeship under a licensed Structural Engineer and has years of hands-on experience in all phases of the construction field, as well as performing home inspections. Also having been Owner/proprietor of a construction company, gives our inspector an advantage over most home inspection companies as far as knowing exactly what the client expects and actual construction experience. Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and it is a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We truly enjoy assisting our clients in this process as customer service is our highest priority. Our inspection report is a computerized, reader friendly document which includes pictures taken at the property site as well as illustrations that help our clients to understand the condition of the property. In most cases, our clients are able to view the report at the end of the inspection or on the next day at the latest. We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. You should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you may have during the inspection process. The inspector will point out deficiencies within the property and explain the cause of the concern. The inspector will also highlight the positive aspects of the property. Plus, we will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top working condition. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. "The salesman recommended a surface drain in the back yard to keep water from comming into the house. They dug with shovels but did not follow a chalk line resulting in an unbelievable jagged mess filled with stone. I cannot cover it so I have to look at this mess everytime I want to go out into my back yard or patio. Not to mention how difficult it is going to make lawn mowing. Then they connected and buried a rainconductor hose going down the side of the house to the front yard. Heaped rock and clay and dirt, literally heaped! Threw grass seed and straw on top and called it a day. Called managment and was told by a supervisor that this is how they do it, "we don't did straight lines" our yard looks like a war zone. Customer service does not exist, once they have your money you are history."
