"What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Jim was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was punctual and kept every appointment (this is rare in the Poconos). He made many expert recommendations for my job (removing an existing wood entrance deck and replacing with a larger, beautiful Trex version). Sourcing materials in the Summer of 2020 was very difficult, but Jim was able to get everything needed and completed the job on time and for the price agreed on.
