"The vacuum was left in place for a few days while waiting for the fire department to deliver water. Our suction vacuums are sealed at the opening with duct tape otherwise we would not be getting proper suction so it is not possible that large amounts of water would get through. We have pictures to support this. We reset your liner once weeks after it was installed at no charge and explained that the pool does not have proper drainage. We also have pictures of the water behind the liner when we went to reset it. The liner will continue to float until the water issues surrounding the pool are resolved. When you called again we were not willing to reset the liner as it was explained right the beginning that the issue is not related to the liner or our workmanship. The reason why you replaced your liner in the first place was due to the same exact issue and this was all explained. The original liner had creases which were caused by water repeatedly getting behind it and shifting its position. It does not allow me to add pictures, otherwise I would do so."
"Joseph called me about A floating liner, not a liner replacement. His liner was lifting from the pool surface because ground water was coming into the pool and floating up and away from the surface. He asked me to fix this and i explained that the ground water needs to be permanently diverted away from the pool in order for this to not happen again. I gave him an additional quote to divert the water, however Joseph said he was going to take care of the poor drainage problem himself and he just wanted me to reset the liner. I told Joseph that i would reset his liner but i would not guarantee the work if the liner floated out of the ground again because it would not be a workmanship issue. Joseph agreed and wanted me to move forward with the job. When i went to reset the liner i found a hole in his liner and patched it for free and i again noticed ground water coming in the pool after Joseph claimed he had fixed the ground water issue. I informed him that the ground water was still coming in the pool and told him he needs to address the issue right away. He again said to continue moving forward with resetting the liner and he would take care of diverting the water. Myself and my crew went to Joseph's house literally 6 times and we charged him $450. The last time we went there was 9:30 at night just to make sure he was filling up the pool so the liner would not float again. His liner floated a week or two later. Obviously Joseph did not believe the ground water a serious issue and unfortunately is now pointing the finger at me. I was very clear with Joseph about what needed to be done and that I would not be responsible if the liner continued to float which obviously it did and will if the water issue was never resolved. I personally feel that 6 trips to this job was beyond reasonable in terms of my duties and guarantee wise considering he never followed through with his responsibilities."
