"Highly recommended, timely and very professional. Carl was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through different options, while being mindful of our budget. Just to highlight what all he did to repair our chimney. A safe working platform was erected. The old cap was removed and the brick was demoed to the flashing. All the brick was cleaned and relayed in tinted mortar to match existing masonry. A new crown was installed with custom stainless steal cage. The chimney was washed cleaned and sealed all debris were cleaned up and scaffolding was removed. We were so happy with the results. We would absolute hire him again."

"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. "The only reason that I gave 1 star is because there is nothing lower! This company is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. They made a commitment to perform a repair/cleaning on my grill the week before memorial day - they never showed up, never responded to calls or texts. Then 2 weeks later it's all sunshine and lollipops - can we come and clean your grill? No apology, or anything. The person here didn't do much more than text on his phone while here. He painted the outside hood of my grill and it is a total mess. It has runs, streaks and missed spots. The repairman told me to buy more paint and keep putting more coats of paint until it eventually evens out. I don't recommend this company for any services - they cannot even return a call or text. Sketchy."
