I had put a claim into HomeAdvisor because my central air unit was not blowing cold air. Not only did they put a bid in within a couple hours, but they were also able to schedule me in for later that same week. Brent gave me a call to let me know he was coming and arrived right when he said he would. He was very respectful and professional especially with how the state that the world is in right now. He quickly found the problem, explained it in a way I could understand, and got a replacement part within minutes. The whole process only took a little over an hour. Brent even took the initiative to adjust some of the piping at the unit in my basement to avoid future problems and was very patient throughout the process.
