Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. I can't thank this company and this technician enough for being so professional in the way they conduct their business. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service."

"I got a quote from Universal for a new HVAC install because I wanted to use a small local business if possible, but I did not end up going with them for a few reasons. The owner, Bill, came to do an in-home walkthrough; he was down-to-earth and open about the different options I could go with. But unlike the other quotes I worked with, he did not take any notes, measurements, or photos and said he would get someone to do the load calculations based on a real estate listing for my home. Due to the history of my house, listings for it are often inaccurate, so that felt like a risk. Ultimately, the quote took longer to be finalized than I was told, and by that point I would lost confidence and gone with a different company."

"I hired NS JOHNSON to install a Climate Master Tranquility 30 geothermal heating and air conditioning system. Their work was very professionally done, and spot on the budget. The installation took a day an a half. The outdoor temperature was in the low 30 degree (f). On completion of the first day they activated the system to assure we had heat for the night. They completed the installation the next day. Iâ  m very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.
