"The first week was fast.The crew arrived on a monday and started tearing out the stud walls and the old suspended ceiling. within a week the basement was bare and then the insulation. studs and drywall began to be placed. They were careful but speedy Electrical placement of lights were determined. Placement of the wet bar was decided and we ordered a cabinet and sink. Hoping it would be back by the time it was to be installed, it was. Mr. Hartel's wrecking crew was hard working , steady.and neat. We decided on the color of tile for the bathroom and layout that we wanted and purchased it. The insulation, ceilings and walls now competed. The bathroom and shower was tiled and cabinet with faucet was installed. Because of the family height the cabinet was raised, Hartel did a great customize job on the cabinet. It is distinctive and we love it. a quality job. Once the bathroom was finished. Hartel installed a laminate floor in the office area painted and created doors to fit on the utility room entrance. When the job was completed we were more than pleased. We are jumping with excitement.. Hartel and his crew are professional efficient, reliable, and punctual, We did get several estimates along with Mr. Hartels and found him to be the best candidate for the job base on his past job performances and competitive pricing.
