"The technician Brian was awesome! My issues arose in terms of customer service from the actual company. After the issue with my dishwasher was diagnosed the part was order and repair appointment was scheduled. The day before the appointment I confirmed with Sears the part has arrived. The next day no one showed to fix my dishwasher. I was lied to and told I did not confirm or pay for my appointment that is why the technician did not show. Once this was sorted out I was promised 20% taken off my final bill for hassle. This was never refunded to my card. When I called to follow up, I was lied to and told my bill was higher than my receipt and the 20% was already given back, I was refused to be moved to a manager, and I was hung up on. I called back again and was promised a return call within 72 hours in order for them to review my account. They never called back."
