"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. "This was the third time I used Mark and he did a fantastic job. The bathroom was a challenge because the space was awkward but needed a shower added. Not only did he find a solution, but it looks great and really improved the value of the property. He did work throughout the house and even redid his work on the front porch railing after a brief conversation about making it look better -- the way he redid the work went above and beyond what I expected and really made everything look so much better.
