Josh and his crew were very punctual, professional & polite. My bathroom remodel was somewhat challenging, due to the age of our home (1893), things were handled & everything is 100% better and more accessible if any issues occur in the future.

We hired Josh to replace a decaying wooden stairway in the front of the house. He knew what to do, made some helpful suggestions (which made the project better or saved some money), and did a great job. Interaction with the office was easy and friendly with quick turnaround. We will likely hire Josh's team again in the future for a window replacement, for which he is particularly skilled and experienced. We recommend Josh Reichard Home Improvements.

Great job building the patio. Minor problems were addressed and will be taken care of. The Patio was a great addition to our main house. Lots of comments from friends and family. We use our patio more now that it is covered than when it was just a deck. Everyone in the crew done a fantastic job to make us happy. Thank you for the super job that was done for our family. We have been recommening your business to others who want to know who done the job.

All guys are very professional with a great attitude and nice sense of humor. Estimate for my work was the most expensive, but I decided to use them and their work was perfect. Josh and his team recently did an excellent job remodeling our 20 year old house. They started by removing wallpaper. Then they installed all new baseboard trim, wainscoting, painted most of the house and installed a chandelier in our high ceiling foyer. I would highly recommend them for your home remodeling projects and will continue to contract them for upcoming jobs we plan to complete in 2021.

After waiting 5 months due to Covid, Josh and his team completed 10 small projects, plus building and installing new crawl space doors. The doors look great, and Josh took the time to match the paint to the house including the trim. All projects were done perfectly and without a mess. Josh is friendly, he listens, and is easy to work with. Need a contractor? Call Josh - he's worth the wait.

Josh and his team corrected a water leakage issue in my basement as I had water coming in the window wells and around the sewage pipe that led to my septic system. Customer service was above par, all work performed efficiently, satisfactorily and all clean up excellent. Work was performed as scheduled and the job was well planned, as there was excellent communication with the contractor. I would not hesitate to use this contractor on any additional work in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Josh and his team repaired some drywall that had been damaged by a water leak. Overall, they did great work, were professional, on time, and gave us a fair price. I would definitely use him for future projects.

Great contractor to work with. Was up front with explaining the repairs and arrived when we agreed. The paint we had didn’t match the repair we had done, so Josh had his team paint the entire room within the original estimate. Highly recommend and will use again!

Josh was great to work with. Very customer service oriented. We thought we'd have to replace the entire bay window but Josh suggested we only needed to replace the window sashes which saved us money. Job was well done. Would recommend him to anyone who needs home improvement work.
