"We hired Josh to replace a decaying wooden stairway in the front of the house. He knew what to do, made some helpful suggestions (which made the project better or saved some money), and did a great job. Interaction with the office was easy and friendly with quick turnaround. We will likely hire Josh's team again in the future for a window replacement, for which he is particularly skilled and experienced. We recommend Josh Reichard Home Improvements."

"Everything was done according to specs. Ordered parts and did repair in a timely manner. Price charged was reasonable."

"Thomas &Thomas was very easy to work with and very thorough in their work. We had a number of issues to repair to obtain our CO to sell a property. Thomas &Thomas completed all of the items on the list in a timely manner. We would definitely use them again!"

"Mike did an exceptional job remodeling my basement exactly how I envisioned it. He was professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I’m very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable contractor."

"We had engineered hardwood flooring installed in out living room"

"PRO: Mark is very punctual and will show up each day to get the job done. He did a phenomenal job on the floor tiles. Comes with you to the store to offer ideas about tiling, color, lighting etc. CON: The decorative titles were not smoothly put in place so they look puckered a bit. However, we are satisfied with the job done and the payment."

"Wonderful. The men were ready to go. They did not waste time. They treated the furniture with care and put everything in the apartment where designated. I would hire them in a heart beat next time we move. Highly recommended to friends and family."

"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark.  I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.  Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs.  He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do.  Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process.  He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.  I would highly recommend Mark, I am recommending all my family and friends to use him!

"They weren't cheap. They came as scheduled and did what they said they were going to do and it looked fine so we were happy with it. When you look at the cost and the amount of time that they were here it was pretty expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and so that was what we were looking for. They were prompt. They came out and looked at the job, scheduled it and came back when they said they would come, it was great."

"Mike and Austin did a great job. Despite the unforseen obstacles they encountered while doing our windows and patio door replacements, they completed the job on time and everything looks and works great! They did all the negotiations with our insurance company, good communication throughout the whole process, respectful and professional. We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend."
