Anyway, I later identified one of the Unico vents to a bedroom was not hooked up (and still not hooked up). Brandon gave his word that when the renovation is complete, to give him a call to finish installing the vents to the tubes. Upon requesting completion of the installation, he wanted to charge a service fee. I am sorry but this is not how you treat customers by not honoring one's word on a $10k job."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

I started in the automotive industry when I was in high school and continued my training after working for two independent automotive shops leading me to Mercedes Benz. Only two years later, I started my own shop in the heart of North Side, which was in a really bad part of town but once the word got around that there was a good technician in town, people flocked for me to work on their cars. The City Zoning Committee shut me down and I was forced to move. I moved to Bellevue for another 3 years, continuously building my customer base through word of mouth, and now we are located on Mount Nebo Road. As of February 1, 2014 we will be operating in our best shop yet on McKnight Road where we hope to continue to build our customer base and reputation locally. In the last 4 years we have upgraded every piece of equipment including Automotive Lifts, Tire Machines, Computer Equipment, Scanners and a multitude of shop tools. I have also been studying and working toward my Master Certification.  I try very hard to keep a clean organized shop and recognize the importance keeping clean makes.
