It was awful, never told me how long I would need to wait, heard nothing but Mother ****** this and that in the back room, the whole 2 hours. When my car was done they told me I needed to spend another $25 because I had so much dog hair! [should have told me first], so then I said well I want a discount for having a convertible and you did not have to wax the top half on my car. NOPE. I do not make the rules is what the guys said. Then when i got to my car, my right front mat was missing, and i saw the guy pull it out of their trashcan. So it was not cleaned. The whole experience was awful.

"Kimberly, I tried to remedy your issues. We called you because you didnt arrive at your appointment time, you didn't answer, then you showed up late. We had other customers scheduled and they kept there appointment times. We were busy and accommadated you in a timely manner. Your car was filled with pet hair and took additional time to clean which is understandably an additional charge. Your car was clean when it left. Once again, sorry you did not like your experience. -"

I was very satisfied.  My truck had not been cleaned in a while.  The inside had lots of dog hair.  They were able to get almost every hair out.
