I gave this shop a try due to the great reviews on Google, Yelp, and Angie's List. I had some scratches on my Audi; nothing major, but my car was almost brand new so I was anxious to get it back to its original shape. The service provided by Rob is nothing short of spectacular. Rob explained the entire process to me, did almost all of the work with the insurance company, set up my rental car, and kept me updated on the process and answered all my questions. He even gave me a lift to the shop to pick up my car when it was ready. I was a little anxious handing off my sensor-laden car to a non-Audi-affiliated shop, but Rob seemed very familiar with the requirements for working with the technology. He adhered to all of the guidelines for repair provided by Audi and drove my car to an Audi dealership to make sure that the new sensors were properly configured. The work performed was to my satisfaction, and my car was returned to me cleaner than it has every been since it left the showroom floor. While I hope to never need body work again, I'd most certainly give Rob repeated business should the need arise.

I picked my truck up looking better than the day I bought it, detailed inside and out. And they were detail oriented until the minute I got in my truck to leave, catching small things they wanted to touch up. Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. are true professionals in every sense of the word, and have a skilled crew of technicians working tirelessly for perfection. It may have taken longer than my insurance company had slated for the work to be complete, but as Rob Sr. said, “I’m not sending a vehicle out of here that isn’t complete and safe for the road.” And what they put back on the road is a truck that I can trust and drive for years to come. I cannot give enough praise for Rob Wagner Auto Body! I do not typically take time to write reviews but with the service I received here I felt compelled to share my experience. The rear bumper of my Pearl White Lexus SUV had to be repaired after it had a slight run in with a post in a parking garage. Based on a previous experience with Rob Jr., I knew I wanted the work done here. My insurance company encouraged me to submit a claim using their app and uploading photos of the damage. I spoke with Rob Jr. about this and he explained the process to me very thoroughly and told me that it was very likely that the initial estimate I got back from the insurance company would be low. He told me not to worry and assured me that he would work with them to provide the necessary documentation to get the job done the way it should be done and to my satisfaction. I was glad I had this conversation when the insurance claim was updated to show that they were going to send me a check for a very, very small amount of money. Because my car was safe to drive, I told Rob Jr. that I was not in a hurry for the repair and that he could fit me in at his convenience. Despite that, he got me scheduled quickly and was very accommodating when I had to change the first scheduled date. Once I did drop the car off, Rob Jr. maintained contact with me and kept me informed about each step that was being taken – with the repair process as well as the insurance process. And as promised, he worked with the insurance company to get a new bumper cover paid for rather than try to repair the damage as they had initially allowed for in their estimate. The work was completed in a very timely fashion and when I went to pick the vehicle up I was greeted by Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. who both made sure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I was amazed that the paint matched exactly – it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. There was no sign of any kind of work – no drips, rough patches, over spray – just absolute perfection. After looking it over, I went into the office where Rob explained every page of the paperwork to me and explained a few things that the insurance would just not cover (Rob Jr. had called and discussed this with me during the repair process as well and had my permission to proceed with doing things the right way to avoid problems in the future). Both Rob Jr. and Rob Sr. share a passion for doing things the right way and providing the absolute best customer service I have seen in any business; any industry. My car was cleaner than I have seen it in a long time when I picked it up – INSIDE and out. I was not expecting that at all – they definitely went above and beyond! You will not be disappointed if you chose them for any repair – small or large.

Rob and sons are always polite, helpful, filled with information, happy to help, eager to do everything they can to make you happy. I've used them once before; top notch work and great customer service!

Rob Wagner Auto Body is an incredible business. Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. are the epitome of professionality and good customer service. I called them and Rob Jr. was kind, knowledgeable, and went through the entire repair process, including the insurance claim process, with me in great detail. I felt like I would have recommended their services before even dropping the car off. Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. kept in regular contact and provided frequent updates on the claims, the status of the car, etc. My original estimate from Allstate was off Rob Wagner's by about $5k and Rob Jr. worked with the adjuster to get the *entire* claim covered and all new parts. The insurance company only wanted to pay for a single new tire and Rob also worked with my insurance to get me a second. The car looked brand new when it was returned. They even smoothed out some scratching on the back bumper that was unrelated to the accident, free of charge. I am so grateful for the kindness and professional service at Rob Wagner Auto Body and will refer them to everyone I know.

I was treated warmly and professionally by Rob Wagner Jr. and his father and would easily return to them if I ever needed body work done again.  They made and kept appointments, were patient and friendly, explained options and details, and did excellent work on our Honda Civic after a fender bender.  They even touched up paint on a previous pothole scrape at no charge.  
No one likes dealing with the expense and hassle of post-accident repairs, but the Wagners were above board and performed flawless work on time and on budget.  Recommend.  +++++++

I went as well as possible. Kept me in the loop of what was going on. Set up a rental car for me. Also called me back when I called and told me about more damage that was found. Got my truck done a day early and on budget. Great group of guys working on my truck. I will not get my cars fixed anywhere else then at Rob Wagners Auto Body. Rob and his team were incredible.  They took my vehicle in and once scheduled were able to start right away.  We ran into some problems with my insurance company.  The Wagner's worked very hard to fight for me when my insurance company tried to save money by forcing used parts where new parts were required.  Rob escalated the issue up to Acura and was able to convince the insurance company the error of their ways.

Over the time my car was there they kept me in the loop periodically and were very upfront with everything.   In additon to the insurance repairs, I had a few other cosmetic fixes worked on which they were able to separate out from the insurance charges so as not to overlap costs.

When I got my car back, it was in better condition than when I bought!  Not only did they do an incredible job of fixing the car, it looked amazing with the detailing they provided, whcih was included in the price!  I has been 6 weeks and still have a bit of a new car smell from their detail work. 

I am so pleased with them.  Very much recommended!!!

They explained everything in detail that needed done. I am extremely particular about my vehicles and Rob went above and beyond addressing my questions and concerns. They kept me updated as work progressed. The work they did looks fantastic and they also worked out all the details with the insurance company. Best place to go for body work.

These guys are professional and the most friendly ever. They explain the entire process and work with the insurance companies to get supplemental payments. The only thing I did was get the original estimate and they did the rest. They even offered to arrange a rental car for me. I would definitely go back.
