"Last Monday, Nov. 3, I had some major surgery done on my GENERAC generator. It was time for "Super Maintenance" and your service man did a SUPER job! His name is Joe and he did a great job servicing my machine. He arrived on time and went right to work. He changed the oil and oil filter, put in a new battery, adjusted the valves, put in a new air filter, and even cleaned the top of the generator. All this while i looked over his shoulder and asked questions, lots of questions. I am impressed with Mr. Joe. He is very knowledgeable about your products, well spoken, and easy to talk to. It took him less than an hour to complete his work, despite my constant jabbering. He's a KEEPER! Thank You Trinity, And Thank You Joe! Paul O Weller Trinity Client"

I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and contacting 6ABC consumer help. Might even get my niece involved at this point. And yes she is a lawyer and a Consumer Protection Lawyer at that. This would be right up her alley...stay away from these guys. They take your money, promise to call but never do and leave you hanging. "
