They did a great job.  They came when they said they would and were very professional.  They had no issue in changing out the type of pump they brought versus the style I wanted for my application.  To do this they went back to the shop and were back in very a timely manner. In addition to the pump, they installed new piping. I've been using Dormann's for years and have never been disappointed.

Communication was excellent from day one. They were very timely. He was there when he said he'd be. He didn't deviate with the plan. He was flexible with my schedule. They were very clean and neat. They actually ran into a problem and made a mistake and fixed it at no cost to me. They were very transparent and kept us informed. They were excellent!

They said they could not fix it but called Kohler for me and got a new one sent out. It was a unique style and normally cost $1200.00 but they got it replaced for me for free. They weren't even the original installers and only charged me 125.00 although they were here for two hours. I would highly recommend them for going above and beyond.
