His name is Joe and he did a great job servicing my machine. He arrived on time and went right to work. He changed the oil and oil filter, put in a new battery, adjusted the valves, put in a new air filter, and even cleaned the top of the generator. All this while i looked over his shoulder and asked questions, lots of questions. I am impressed with Mr. Joe. He is very knowledgeable about your products, well spoken, and easy to talk to. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and contacting 6ABC consumer help. Might even get my niece involved at this point. And yes she is a lawyer and a Consumer Protection Lawyer at that. This would be right up her alley...stay away from these guys. They take your money, promise to call but never do and leave you hanging. "
