"This team was professional, as well as friendly and knowledgeableâ ¦gave us up front scenariosâ ¦ we didnâ t have to pay them before OR after the job was done (once the testing is done and we are SATISFIED, we are to pay the bill â ¦which was a little higher than the first company we contacted but the first company wanted payment up front and said nothing about OUR satisfaction). We were appreciative of the explanation of what was done and what WE needed to do to make sure the system was working properly. We got clear instructions on testing after installation. "I had a pipe burst in the basement of our rental property, Flood Crew was referred by our realtor. They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. They did mold testing and made sure everything was safe, the best part was that they dealt with the insurance and we didn’t have to do anything."
