Steve was great to work with! Our house is laid out differently than most and needed additional ports, plus there is a screened porch along the back side of our home where the system would have to vent. Steve quoted us a price based on that work which we felt was fair. He went above and beyond in trying to salvage our basement window which was in the way, and we were very happy with his solution. The fan has a 5-year guarantee, and he warrants his work for 10 years. We loved his attitude and his work ethic and would definitely recommend him to others. Thanks, Steve, for a job well done!

Steve from C&S Hole Inspections did an amazing job installing our radon mitigation system. His knowledge and explanations of the system install was very clear, thorough and easy to understand. The system was installed very very cleanly and the exhaust pipe used was cleverly disguised as a vinyl gutter downspout. His 10 year labor warranty is unmatched and the fan itself was a Festa Eagle Extreme (German made) so it should last quite a long long time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My fan died and needed to be replaced. It was a very old fan and needed piping changes to install a new fan. Steve knew what was needed before he arrived. Did a great job fixing the piping, replacing the fan and bringing the system up to current code. Highly recommended.

Steve was great to work with for radon remediation. He answered my call immediately, explained the process in detail, outlined the costs upfront, was easy to schedule. He finished the project in a few hours, left no mess, even brought a package from the front porch inside and replaced an attic light bulb that he noticed was out while he was here. Retesting showed reduction in my radon from 47 to 0.5. I couldnâ t be more satisfied.

He was quick to respond to my request for a radon mitigation system installation, gave a fair estimate, and answered all my questions. The installation took one day and clean up was excellent. The system has reduced my basement radon level to 2.2.....it works! Highly recommend C&S!

Steve was very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. He even traveled an hour and a half to replace our radon detector motor.

Original Review: Had my passive radon system converted to active- as a part of this C&S needed to swap out my sump pump cover with a sealed cover They showed up without the correct cover, so they needed to come back a different day. The fan install went well, but when they sealed the sump pump pit, they increased the angle for the other piping that drained into the sump pit (HVAC condensation and overflow drain for 2nd-floor washer) which caused water to pool in the pipes and flow out into my basement (water drains and pools at the lowest point... so instead of draining out into the sump pit, it sat in the lowest corner until it leaked out of the piping). I called to let them know they had done this but received no response. I was left to fix this problem on my own. Cannot recommend them as this is horrid customer service. Update: Received a call from C&S after posting this review, they explained they did not receive my messages and wanted to make things right. I am happy with how things have turned out, so I am changing my review score.

I would definitely recommend C&S home inspections! I had a Radon Mitigation system installed and had nothing but a positive experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything I needed to know thoroughly, which is important to me. Their prices are also the best have seen in my area. If you need a Radon Mitigation System, I highly recommend.
