He spoke with my husband about the job he said he would do. When he got here in May if forgot it. He was supposed to cut a dead tree down. He left it at 15 ft. He said he would trim all of the other trees and cut them so my husband could pick them up for firewood. He came to my door when he was done and I asked him about cutting the pieces of the tree so my husband could move them. He no he did not. I told my husband and I had to wake him up so he could go out there. He had to get our checkbook as he did not take Credit cards etc. when he said he was done again. My husband went to move the tree wood. He still found prices he could not move. We do not have a chain saw to cut them. He left some larger prices 3/4 cut. My husband had to get to a neighbor to cut some of them. We had people come and take the larger pieces we did not want. The person who took most of it asked if he could cut it down the rest of the way. Because he said he could still fall and do damage.

Original agreement was to bring down ash tree and leave stub stand approx. 10' high, trim off big dead limbs off oak tree and no cleanup. There was nothing said about cutting up the wood in order to handle. When we asked for payment you wanted us to cut them into firewood length, which we did immediately. Please let it be known we would have been happy to cut the tree the rest of the way and cut the pieces smaller etc. if you would have just simply left us know and be clear what you want done.
