"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Called me when they arrived to clean 2nd house and told me that they'd have to charge me almost double because the house was bigger than they thought it would be... even though the quote on day 1 was based on square footage (they gave me a low price to lock me in, then changed it aka bait and switch). I arrived today to check on the final product: didn't pull either outside door shut, never cleaned the inside of ANY closets, didn't clean the attic (even though this was one reason they claimed to ask for more money...which I gave them), left a large garbage bag of used gloves and cleaning products in living room. Inexperienced and unprofessional."
