TRUCLEAN

Company called within 24 hours of my purchase through Angie's List and scheduled the appointment on one of my preferred dates, between 2:00 and 4:00 pm.  It was one of the hottest days of the year so far.  The service provider called 15 min before 2:00 pm to explain that he was held up at his current service and would be a few minutes later than 2:00. I said that was fine as we did not expect him at the earliest time and we were at home all afternoon.  He arrived a short time later and cleaned the gutters in about an hour. 

Contacted promptly. Scheduled in less than a week. Arrived on time. Professional, friendly and courteous. Rugs look wonderful. Great job !

I needed the house cleaned for showing to potential tenants, and it needed to be done before school started so I decided to hire a service. The gentleman from the company walked through the house with me in order to make an estimate. We discussed doing the windows as well but it would have doubled the cost so I told him I would think about it. I pointed out some spots that I knew would need extra attention and he assured me that they would get it all very clean. I eventually decided against having the windows done and told him so when I booked the appointment.
When I stopped in to leave payment and check on progress, the ladies were working. However, they were not told that I decided against the windows so it was a good thing they double checked with me about it (probably because of the amount I wrote the check for).
I came back the next day to check on the work (we live across town, so it was the soonest I could get back). For the most part the home was clean, except for a couple of items. The kitchen floor looked like it might have been gone over with a swiffer mop or something, it was definitely not clean. There were also still smudges all over the walls in the finished basement and it appeared that the basement surfaces had not been dusted thoroughly. I emailed them immediately and the ladies came back the next day. I walked them around the house and showed them the issues. One of them chose to argue with me about the kitchen floor, that it would not come clean. It was quite dirty and the flooring is slightly textured which makes it more difficult to get clean. I explained that in the past I had sprayed it down with windex and let it sit for a few minutes before mopping and it cleans up beautifully. She continued to argue until I said I would go get a bottle of windex and teach her how to do it, at which point one of the other ladies interrupted and said well, let's just move on. They must have figured something out because it was much better when I returned, but this incident is the reason for my "D" rating on professionalism.
There was apparently a miscommunication between management and staff about the basement walls- the ladies said they thought they were not to clean them. Those were done perfectly when I came back to check the work.
Overall they did an acceptable job. I really didn't appreciate the lady arguing with me about the floor, I could not have shown the house the way it was left the first time. I could have gone back and done the floor myself later, but the whole point of hiring a service was to save myself the time.

Excellent service!  These folks were prompt both getting out for an estimate and for scheduling the work.  The cleaners did a fantastic job, bathroom looked like new.  Highly recommend for any cleaning jobs!

Fantastic service! I met with Alex from TruClean who covered their service and pricing plans in great detail. He was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions without any pressure. I immediately felt comfortable allowing their service to perform housecleaning while I was at work. I have been using TruClean's cleaning services for the last year and a half. Everytime they come, which is every two weeks, the cleaners are very punctual and friendly. They do a great job cleaning and they make sure to get all of the hard to reach areas (such as behind the range sink, etc.). The owner is very dependable and also very flexible - last year with all of the snow there were a few days we had to reschedule and it was never a problem getting a hold of someone or gettting the date changed.
I have had a number of cleaning services over the last several years and I can say without question TruClean has been the best to work with and they do an outstanding job. I really can't say enough about how pleased I have been with the service!
If you are looking for a one time clean or something more regular I highly recommend you give them a call!

I have used Truclean for several years. They are always professional friendly and detail oriented. As a working mom, it has been helpful to have a thorough housecleaning on a monthly basis. It is always a pleasant experience to work with Truclean and they have gone out of their way at times to be accomodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The project was done correctly; efficiently and ahead of the scheduled time! The contractor even cleaned up and took the old shutters with them.
