If I can give less than one star I would These people do not know the meaning of clean I have so many pictures of all the non cleaning they have done I told them to leave called right away told them not to come back and do not charge me They charged me any way I will be calling the bank the BBB and i will let everyone know not to use them

I'm not satisfied with the cleaning I received last week. The only part of my kitchen that looks cleaned was the lazy-susan with obvious dark stains. There were smudges and stains left on the cabinets and crumbs inside. Underneath the sink was conveniently overlooked. Pull out kitchen drawers were not cleaned inside. Many crumbs were left behind, even though they had a vacuum. In the bathroom they left visible dust on the blinds. The supervisor came in at the end and caught that omission and made the crew clean it ( how did she know they were done? Must have been communicating.). There were 3 women there for less than an hour and I expected a more thorough cleaning. This was a light wipe down at best that cost nearly $200. I emailed pictures and was offered a re-cleaning. By that time I had run out of time and cleaned it myself so I asked for a full or partial refund but was denied. Beware. Don't waste your money.

Approximately two months afterward there was a change in management. Although generally clean, items moved are often replaced without care as to the location they were. After speaking to the company, they said their team feels rushed. We did not contract for a specific amount of time or negotiate them down. I think they are trying to make a bigger profit. Also note that they do not do a good job with bathroom mold unless the customer provides bleach.

I sent a message asking if they service my area, they responded they do. I sent them several messages to provide me a estimate they NEVER responded. This is POOR customer service

Sorry I don't well remember it was too long ago. But they did a good job, we only did a one-time clean, using a coupon.

It was very good. I have used their service for over one year and a half. So far, I am very satisfied with them. I would recommend them. There is still room for them to be better. Overall, I am satisfied but sometimes there are some details like they need to put everything back to their original place. They didn't pay attention to that. They need to improve but overall, I am satisfied. The price is not cheap, it is above average. The quality is good.

I had continued to use this service as "better than nothing," as I work a very demanding job, and have not had time to make a change, much to my regret. After this last visit, I would prefer to go without a cleaning service altogether than ever have them back in our home. They once broke an expensive Herend table lamp, then propped it up against the wall for me to discover after the fact. They never responded to my voice message or offered to pay for the damage. I have found sheets on the bed sideways, fitted sheet corners torn, and trim torn from the bottom of the bedskirt. Furniture has been shoved against the wall with the sweeper in the dining room and kitchen, the microwave left dismantled, and the range hood not dusted, and countertop corners not washed. After finding pulls in the stair and hall carpet, I asked them to use our sweeper, then had to replace the crevice tool accessory, which was lost. Vases on the dining room sideboard were pushed aside, scratching the surface. I have complained previously of damage, but the team does not exhibit an attitude of caring for our home. Often no one speaks enough English to communicate properly, and the team is never the same, so there is no shared history of our preferences for keeping our house. They do not appear to be trained or supervised, which was not the case when we first started using their service. On this particular occasion, there was an obvious language barrier, but I tried to ask them to start downstairs; instead they started in the master bath. When I asked again, the woman argued and would not leave. I would never recommend using this service.

3 ladies came to work for 4 hours. 1 guy came to wash the carpet. Results: Carpet cleaned well Bath tub and toilets cleaned well walls and windows were still dirty Kitchen counter top, stove were still dirty,

Two cleaners arrived on-time and cleaned the house thoroughly. A little expensive, but I will use them again.

It went very well the house very clean and smelled fresh. I use them every other weeks

They were punctual. They got the work done in good time.

They did a great job. Definitely worth the money.

I used this company's services on a reoccurring basis. The women (and occasional man) who come to my house a punctual and quick. However, they cleaning is on the "surface," there is no deep-down in the corner's cleaning. Furthermore, usually, they do not speak or understand English, so communication is next to none. However, for those in-between deep cleaning session, they will do.

They are punctual, professional, pleasant. They generally clean apt. in one hour. If I desire more in depth cleaning there would be additional charges.

After leaving several messages and being put on hold several times, eventually the company stated that they did not service this area. I wish that they would have informed me of this 2 hours ago.

I was skeptical when I saw two women arrive, thinking my cleaning time would be short circuited. However, they did an excellent job, arrived promptly and were the only cleaning service I have used to remove a toilet ring. Bravo!

Two women showed up to perform the work that I had explained I needed to the company office when I made the appointment. I also advised the same work I needed done to the younger woman (who seemed to understand English better than the older woman) who arrived to clean. They did a very good job cleaning the floor. The younger woman also did a good job on the staircase baseboard. The older woman cleaned the baseboards in the area of the flooring that was cleaned, but after they left I noticed that she had splashed dirty water on some of the doors and walls which I then had to wipe down. I was happy with the floor cleanning, but disappointed in having to clean up after the one woman.

I thought it was just an average experience. The two people who did the cleaning seemed to do the work of just one person as opposed to that of two.

S and G knows how to select their crews. These two men worked from seven a.m. until seven p.m. with hardly a break. This work went on for two days and not once did they seem reluctant to do what was a very filthy job. They listened to my instructions perfectly. There was little I wanted to save from the flood tainted waters, but if they had any questions, they checked with me first. As trying as the flood had been, these guys gave me a sense of calm I couldn't have had otherwise. They were hard-working and very thorough. They used Shop-Vacs, disinfectants, and blowers. I don't think the basement floor has been that clean since I moved in 12 years ago. My realtor recommended this company to me. They were a God-send. I hope I never had to use their services in this way again, but if I had to, they would certainly be the first company I would call.

They cleaned my townhouse and the job was average at best .

I made an appointment for them to come at a certain time and they never showed up; I waited hours for them to come. I had to call them a couple of times but they were busy at other jobs and it took them longer than expected to come.

I wouldn’t recommend them. Their price was average. They were responsive. Their punctuality was not very good. I would not use them in the future.
