One Time Interior House Cleaning
This review is way overdue because I gave this company far too many chances ? and they failed every single time. The communication is a joke, the staff is unprofessional, and for the high prices they charge, the service is embarrassing.
I finally found a crew that actually did a good job, only for the company to switch them without telling me. When I called, one person said ?they can?t accommodate? and another just rescheduled me for a random day. Total chaos. Nobody knows what they?re doing.
Bathrooms were always left with residue, the kitchen never cleaned right, and even after countless complaints, nothing changed. The office does not care, and the owner clearly has no control over their business.
Bottom line: this company is unreliable, overpriced, and not worth a dime. I would never recommend them ? there are far better cleaning services out there that actually respect their customers.

If I can give less than one star I would These people do not know the meaning of clean I have so many pictures of all the non cleaning they have done I told them to leave called right away told them not to come back and do not charge me They charged me any way I will be calling the bank the BBB and i will let everyone know not to use them

I'm not satisfied with the cleaning I received last week. The only part of my kitchen that looks cleaned was the lazy-susan with obvious dark stains. There were smudges and stains left on the cabinets and crumbs inside. Underneath the sink was conveniently overlooked. Pull out kitchen drawers were not cleaned inside. Many crumbs were left behind, even though they had a vacuum. In the bathroom they left visible dust on the blinds. The supervisor came in at the end and caught that omission and made the crew clean it ( how did she know they were done? Must have been communicating.). There were 3 women there for less than an hour and I expected a more thorough cleaning. This was a light wipe down at best that cost nearly $200. I emailed pictures and was offered a re-cleaning. By that time I had run out of time and cleaned it myself so I asked for a full or partial refund but was denied. Beware. Don't waste your money.

Approximately two months afterward there was a change in management. Although generally clean, items moved are often replaced without care as to the location they were. After speaking to the company, they said their team feels rushed. We did not contract for a specific amount of time or negotiate them down. I think they are trying to make a bigger profit. Also note that they do not do a good job with bathroom mold unless the customer provides bleach.

It was very good. I have used their service for over one year and a half. So far, I am very satisfied with them. I would recommend them. There is still room for them to be better. Overall, I am satisfied but sometimes there are some details like they need to put everything back to their original place. They didn't pay attention to that. They need to improve but overall, I am satisfied. The price is not cheap, it is above average. The quality is good.

I had continued to use this service as "better than nothing," as I work a very demanding job, and have not had time to make a change, much to my regret. After this last visit, I would prefer to go without a cleaning service altogether than ever have them back in our home. They once broke an expensive Herend table lamp, then propped it up against the wall for me to discover after the fact. They never responded to my voice message or offered to pay for the damage. I have found sheets on the bed sideways, fitted sheet corners torn, and trim torn from the bottom of the bedskirt. Furniture has been shoved against the wall with the sweeper in the dining room and kitchen, the microwave left dismantled, and the range hood not dusted, and countertop corners not washed. After finding pulls in the stair and hall carpet, I asked them to use our sweeper, then had to replace the crevice tool accessory, which was lost. Vases on the dining room sideboard were pushed aside, scratching the surface. I have complained previously of damage, but the team does not exhibit an attitude of caring for our home. Often no one speaks enough English to communicate properly, and the team is never the same, so there is no shared history of our preferences for keeping our house. They do not appear to be trained or supervised, which was not the case when we first started using their service. On this particular occasion, there was an obvious language barrier, but I tried to ask them to start downstairs; instead they started in the master bath. When I asked again, the woman argued and would not leave. I would never recommend using this service.

I used this company's services on a reoccurring basis. The women (and occasional man) who come to my house a punctual and quick. However, they cleaning is on the "surface," there is no deep-down in the corner's cleaning. Furthermore, usually, they do not speak or understand English, so communication is next to none. However, for those in-between deep cleaning session, they will do.

I was skeptical when I saw two women arrive, thinking my cleaning time would be short circuited. However, they did an excellent job, arrived promptly and were the only cleaning service I have used to remove a toilet ring. Bravo!
