I bought a $1900 patio door that originally came without all of the parts. They sent somebody over that day with extra parts. However, the blinds, which were inside the panes of glass were defective, so they had to order another door. This was in January, which was very cold. My general contractor came and installed the door yesterday and the company is going to pay him to re-install the door, which was not going to happen originally, but now that I am changing my review since the situation is rectified, the company is going to pay the contractor to redo the work.
