"Andy and Brady, I want to thank Brian, Justin and Skyler for the hard work they did insulating the cape cod attic, rafters, rim joist, garage ceiling, and adding the roof vents. During the time in the attic they discovered the return air was wide open to the attic and boxed it on the attic side so the return air now extracts from the room air side. It was a lot of work to complete in a short time and everyone worked hard to complete it. Thankyou Insulwise for having solutions for this type of house to improve the thermal envelope. The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. "These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."
