He made sure that we knew what was going on and the plan for the next day. Our job took about 4 weeks and we were totally comfortable having them in our home everyday. "Purchased a hot tub from the Hagerstown store which went great. In January 2025 got a leak in hot tub. Serviceman came out repaired it $350 advised wait on warm weather to refill. Since a few days nice weather filled it yesterday only to fine it’s not fixed. Called service that had a manager call me who advised it my problem and would cost another $350 for them to look at it. Never used the Hot tub since it was fixed. They have lost a client over this. Manager it’s not always about the money but what’s right for the client."
