He made sure that we knew what was going on and the plan for the next day. Our job took about 4 weeks and we were totally comfortable having them in our home everyday. We sell and install in ground and above ground pools. We also sell Hot Spring spas. We do not use subcontractors. We are open all year round.

"Purchased a hot tub from the Hagerstown store which went great. In January 2025 got a leak in hot tub. Serviceman came out repaired it $350 advised wait on warm weather to refill. Since a few days nice weather filled it yesterday only to fine it’s not fixed. Called service that had a manager call me who advised it my problem and would cost another $350 for them to look at it. Never used the Hot tub since it was fixed. They have lost a client over this. Manager it’s not always about the money but what’s right for the client."
