Randy and Brandon did a superb job. The new shower and other bathroom fixtures are of the highest quality, no leaks, no drips everything is "plumb" and square. All parts are installed for easy maintenance and extra shutoff valves were installed at my request. They are affordable and the quality of their work is obvious plus they are both easy to get along with. They did not do the carpentry, drywall, or finish work these parts of the job were subbed out.

My call was not an emergency. Randy responded promptly after my initial call, and set up a time to come out and review what I wanted him to do. My house has Copper lines for Hot water and PVC for Cold water. I had an old water heater that was 19 years old, and was showing signs of starting to fail. My main reasons for calling were (2) other leaks and needing some shut offs for a sink, but I also was starting to worry about the Water Heater, and wanted to avert any messy problems, which appeared to be just starting. They called me back with a quote for the WH and I then scheduled him on a day that suited me. They came out and performed the work in a quality and workmanlike manner. Within approximately 2 hours everything was complete, to my complete satisfaction. They do good work and don't try to overcharge for any unneeded items. I would recommend them to anyone needing either new plumbing work or service / repair work done.

I called Randy Heck because of his good reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. Our hot water heater was leaking, and he came promptly and replaced it efficiently and for a reasonable price!

They were very professional. They removed the old unit and installed the new one. There was a few hours delay in their arrival because the company that sent the water heated sent the wrong unit even though the correct one was ordered by Randy Heck Plumbing. They corrected the error and was able to be get the correct one delivered on the same and it was installed on the date that was set for the installation. They were about $150 cheaper than other companies that I contacted. The installed was very neat in his work and not one drop of water was spilled.

Not only did Brandon Heck (the plumber) change the fuse, but while he was checking the pump, he found that a part had originally been put on backwards and fixed that for us.
We think that their pricing is very reasonable.
Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and a very nice person.
We have used them again to install new toilets for us, and still have nothing but good things to say.

He is a good plumber. In the past, we needed him because we have an emergency, and he came. In addition, his service is reasonably priced.

Mr. Heck came out and looked at the problem very quickly, and was back the next day to start the job. I felt very comfortable with him and felt that he was very fair with his prices. He cleaned up after himself and is very professional.
