Bill's A/C and Electric Service

Bill installed a concrete pad to set the outside unit on, mounted the heads inside on the wall and tied the wiring into the panel box.  My In-Law's live in a 1903 house and Bill was able to recommend the size unit that would need to be installed to cool the complete downstairs and they are very pleased with the outcome.  The placing of the two inside heads at the correct location, made them be able to keep the downstairs cool even on the hottest days.

Everything went well.  Bill poured two concrete pads, using rebar and not just a thin slab of concrete, to install the two new heat pumps.  He had to cut holes in the ceiling in the upstairs rooms to accommodate our new unit vents that would be heating and cooling our upstairs independent of our downstairs.  He ran duct work in our attic for the new unit upstairs, as well.  The new gas furnace was installed in our crawl space, which replaced our old one.  Bill was able to install the refrigerant lines, connect the gas lines and the wiring necessary to power the units and connect everything to the panel box.  With the two heat pumps installed, both floors are now evenly cooled and heated, whereas in the past with one unit,  the upstairs was warmer than downstairs in the summer and vice versa in the winter.
