"Our whole furnace broke and in within 48 hours we had a brand new one for a great price and ready to go before the winter. They worked quickly and efficiently especially with me having a little one running around. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Having a huge appliance break right before the cold weather comes was stressful and they did their best to make sure we didn't go without heat in our old house. Thank you for taking care of us and 5 stars hands down !"

"Holtzople installed a geothermal system in 2013 to replace our heating oil furnace and electric air conditioning unit. Boy did that cut our heating and cooling bill way down! This review is about the recent semi-annual service maintenance visit. Shout out to Kevin the technician who is friendly, professional and focused. He gets right down to business and is quiet as a mouse as he thoroughly goes through the extensive maintenance checklist and performs all required tasks. He then takes the time to fully brief us on what he did what he found and what if anything he recommends. He then opens it up for questions and is very patient and thorough in answereing any questions we might have. Hint: he's also an expert on anything Disney World if you might be thinking about visiting there.... We highly recommend Holtzople, a great company, because they really do take care of us."

The business was started in 1989 under the name of RW Harrell's Pump Service Inc. when Diane Harrell and Ronnie Harrell purchased a well pump and water system business from a gentleman that was retiring. McCrea is a family owned business that has served our area since 1936. Financing and rebates are available on Trane systems installed by McCrea. Resistrictions apply and these are limited time offers call for details. "Its hard to stop a Trane"

"We bought a new construction and McCrea installed the HVAC. Home inspection identified the heat pump was not working in Oct. 2020. McCrea identified it was due to leaking refrigerants and promise fixed the issue. Our electric bill was extremely high the following two months and the heat pump was not cooling in Spring 2021. McCrea sent technician and again repaired the system. Bought their maintenance plan. We had 4+ repairs plus regular tune up in the past two years. Last week the heat pump stopped cooling again. We are out of labor warranty and charge us with $89 diagnostic cost after membership discount. It took three days for them to send someone to check while we suffering 90F in our house. They identified the compressor dead and need replacement. They charge $1900 for labor after membership discount. Most likely cause of the compressor failure is "suicide" with assistance. Low refrigerant at beginning and over change in later repairs likely contributed the short life."
