"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

The AJ salesman was not pushy or phony, and didn't waste my time or his. He came in, measured, and didn't try to sell me anything extra or pressure me to sign on the spot in exchange for a lower $ quote. 2. AJ's one-and-only quote was the lowest and most transparent out of the 5 companies that gave me bids. 3. I thought the window AJ uses was the best of the bunch I saw during the quote process. By comparison, most of the other bidders used the same (different) window, and therefore their quotes were quite similar (and quite high). 4. The 3-man AJ installation crew was friendly, professional, and efficient.
