Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. "Despite the insane delays of the pandemic and my project considered 'non-essential' - I had started project 2/2020 - they finished 8/2020. It sounds bad but they kept me informed and once project started they took care of all the challenges along the way. Great crew - skilled, neat and courteous. The delays we dealt with were more part of the process than gaps in scheduling due to poor management of contractors and crews. That also made the entire process less stressful.
