Steve's attention to detail is great. Seriously, every metal shingle was placed with precision, and the end result is a roof that's not only functional but also a total eye-catcher. Now, here's the shocker for us - Steve did the whole job solo. Yep, you read that right. When he showed up without a crew, I was like, "Where's everyone else?" But let me tell you, he handled it like a pro. Super-efficient and professional throughout. Steve also worked with the solar company we hired and did the hard work for them by installing some Decra specific solar mounts during the roof buildout. Without his assistance with this, the project would have been extremely complicated. Thank you! Communication with Steve was a breeze via text, phone, and email. He listened to our requests, made on-the-spot adjustments, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Plus, even when faced with some nasty winter weather, he didn't give up. The roof took longer than expected due to the weather, but the job appears to have been done very well. Now for the only negative, The Project Manager assigned to my job wasn't the best. At times he was very communicative, and other times he was unresponsive. All in all I would recommend this firm and would use them again in the future."
