"I'll start with the positives. The experience with John in Sales was excellent, as was the experience with Nate in Finance. The crew was also excellent - working in some pretty terrible cold weather including a Sunday in the snow! The roof took longer than expected due to the weather, but the job appears to have been done very well. Now for the only negative, The Project Manager assigned to my job wasn't the best. At times he was very communicative, and other times he was unresponsive. All in all I would recommend this firm and would use them again in the future."

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair.
