It was wonderful, they did what they said they will. They respond quickly and correct the problem. i had no problem with them.They charged me $259.00 only per year.

They have come over twice to spray and I have seen a reduction in bugs. They are easy to work with and show up on time and no problems.

It went well. One nest was so extensive that they had to come back to treat it a second time. They had no problem returning and did so at no additional cost.

Adam is great! He'll answer questions and provide recommendations. This is our second time hiring Northwoods and we'll probably use them again if needed.

Steve and his team were terrific... the carpenter ant issue was addressed and we haven't seen any since, and the termite treatment was thorough and professional. Thanks Steve!

It went well, I had to contact them a couple times initially, but they have been great and very responsive since. Pests are definitely reduced and were able to answer my concerns about potential harm to my pet as well.

Excellent tech showed up on time. Explained thoroughly what would happen. Answered all of my questions. He did excellent job of spraying.

It was a great deal. The company was on time, prompt, gave me a call, did the services, and was definitely helpful. We were having some issues where we were seeing some Cicadas come up. We asked them if there is anything they could do, they came out and looked at it free of charge. The company was great. They started the job a week later and came out three additional times over the year. What stood out to me is the fact that they were very punctual. They were willing to text and call my cellphone and work around the hours that we were at the house. They're very punctual and flexible.

Adam was on time and very professional. He went through the basement and found areas where the mice may be coming in and closed the holes with brillo. He then went around the basement and set traps throughout the ceiling and showed me how they go along the ceiling and not the floor like most people think. After setting the traps he sprayed the outside of the house for bugs. I did end up getting the annual plan with rodent control. Their price was fair and cheaper than the big name places. They did offer a discount if you pay the year upfront which we did.

It was fine. Everything went the way it was supposed to.

They explained how the service worked and what would be happening and then they gave us a certificate that shows what they did and with a guarantee that if there was any further problem they would come out free of charge. 

They were prompt. They were on time and they were professional. They called right back. They were real nice.
