"I got my basement waterproofed in January 2023 paid $16K for it & I had to call them twice already because still getting water in the basement not only that but this machine has been beeping consistently every 2-3 seconds because it needs service I called them to come out to resolve the matter but have to wait a whole month for someone to come out! For me to pay $16K to get horrible service & still go through the water issue is not good at all!!!"

"Was first job after Covid shutdown at the time seemed okay. Bathroom shower used shower system he had. Within 6months thermostat blew & there was crack down corner in shower. He came out & fixed corner crack but it didn't last, said he had to get part ordered for shower & it would be a 3 hour job. Never heard about it, & never returned calls. Giving him all the time even telling him the leak was now coming down into my ceiling, I still received no return call it's been over a year."
