I had to call him several times to get a call back and when he did call back he promised to call back the next day with the estimate and did not. I had to call him at every turn and when I did get him on the phone and expressed that it didn't feel like he wanted the job he responded that as much as I called him maybe I should find someone else for the Job.Had he called when he said he would, I would not have had to call him.
