Drain Kings

Brian was there to unclog my drain within 3 hours. This isn't the first time that I've used Drain Kings and it won't be the last. Very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and left my house clean. I highly recommend using them if you ever have plumbing issues.

What can I say? Other than absolutely fantastic. Installed new water heater in around 90 minutes after arranging an appointment for the morning the previous afternoon. Quality work and quality dudes. We needed a sump pump replacement because ours was on the fritz. After calling a few places and getting nowhere, we called Drain Kings. He came out the same day and got our new pump and installed it within a couple hours. Great customer service and great value for the money. We will definitely be using them again for other plumbing needs in the future.

Called a number of different plumbers to fix my drainage issue. I could not use the bathrooms for over 10 hours. Everyone I contacted was not available to help me the day of. I called Drain Kings and they were out within the hour. Brian got my drain completely cleared out and back up and running quickly. Incredible quality service and up front honest quote. I called Drain Kings Brian Green came that next day. He said we just needed a new facet that was causing the leak. He said for us to get a new faucet either Moen or Kohler. We ordered a Moen Noelle Stainless Steel Stain Resistant with a sprayer from Home Depot. Its a high Faucet its awesome. He did a fantastic job and his prices are reasonable. He is an asset to his company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He came this past Saturday and put the faucet in for us and stopped the leak. The faucet looks fantastic. Brian called me to let me know that he was notified by Home Advisor that I needed a plumber. I explained to him that I had a clogged sink and what I did to try to unclog it. He told me upfront his price and what time he could be at my house. Within an hour my drain was unclogged. Brain was very friendly and honest to me. I told him to use me as a reference. I highly recommend him to anyone and Brain thank you for being upfront, honest and caring.

Brian called me right away. He was right on time. He cleared my kitchen drain. Upfront price quote was what I paid. He even cleared my slow drain bathroom sink that I forgot to mention over the phone for a very reasonable extra charge. He will be the first person I call if needed again.

This contractor was prompt and very knowledgable. He gave us the cost up front and explained what he would do. The initial cost covered a two hour window and he felt that would be enough to get the job done. Ne was done in about 1 1/2 hours. He also gave us a tip on how to keep the drain open. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and my drain is working perfectly!

This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick. The day he came to replace the pipe, he brought a helper to ensure that the job would be finished in one day. The guys were very personable and the cost was very reasonable for the job they had to do. They also completely cleaned up the inside and outside work sites before they left. I highly recommend Drain Kings - and Brian - and would have them back any time I had a plumbing issue!

I was so stressed out and just bought my home and the sewer drain was clogged and Brian was on time very friendly and he did a great job.

When I called yesterday I was at my wit's end. Both toilets in my house had decided to stop flushing. I'd tried numerous commercial solutions, all to no avail. When Brian showed up, he had both toilets fixed and running in about 15 minutes. It's been a long couple of weeks, with lots of crazy work stressors, and I cannot say how grateful I am to have someone come in and quickly resolve the problem and provide advice for on-going maintenance in the future.
